I have been in a relationship for two years and my thoughts are very different to how I feel about my partner. I don't feel badly about them I just don't feel amazing about them like everyone else does about their partners. I don't feel any desire towards them or anything like that and sometimes they annoy me! As soon as I think of splitting up with them I get upset about it not just because it is hard but because I don't want to lose them.

Do any AS male or female feel like this?

I think this is the "puppy love" stage that has been passed. If you look at a married couple after 2 or 3 years, the infatuation is over, because they are used to each other, and they know all their partner's tricks. Nothing more to learn. So if you still love him, I'm guessing this is just the next step. I've felt this before. It means you are used to all his crap. lol

Personally I like to feel "comfortable" with a partner. Basically that we are friends, we trust each other, we have a great time just being around each other. I never cared for the idea of "love at first sight"; I think people just confuse physical attraction with love.
