Do be warned-I showed it to some girls and they had mixed opinions. Some said it was almost all right, some said almost all wrong-so take it with a grain of salt and be careful

I can say one thing that I wouldn't tolerate from that advice:

Quote:
1. Find any means to touch her (not that way you pervs). What I mean is that if you're asking for the time, grab her wrist and glance at her watch, stuff like that.

A guy tried this, he'd get slapped, I don't like being touched without my permission, and I find if someone grabs my wrist I take it as too aggressive and tend to react.

I like this one. So the cute gal I like when she comes back to work I'll have to try this.

Uhhhhh, I'd have to agree with Mish on this one.

I wouldn't try that on the "cute gal at work".

No gee why doesn't that surprise me? That is likely one of the biggest one women definitely would not agree to especially when they barely know a man. I know if a man unexpected touches me without asking first it makes my skin 'crawl' and not in a good way. If he did that, that would be the last time he'd get near me.

What does surprise me is their lack of mentioning besides skin care, the fact of personal hygiene, which includes proper washing of all parts especially hands, I wouldn't want a guy touching me after using the bathroom if he hasn't washed his hands.

Edited to add:

Wow someone even had to ask in that thread if we had Degrassi Jr. High up in Canada? Duh it was produced up here in Canada.

That one really isn't a good idea LGB.

My father tried that by grabbing my mother's sweater the first time they met and looked under the bottom waistband to see her nametag from work and my mother was not impressed, she wanted to slap him. I honestly wouldn't have blamed her. He was way too forward in his approach and wouldn't leave her alone and it took a long time before they moved from her thinking he was a jerk to falling in love and married and having me. I don't know exactly what changed between when they first met to getting married, something must have, maybe trust I guess.

If letsgoblues wants to make stupid decisions, let him, so he can learn from those mistakes, it's not like he listens to what people here say anyway.

I still strongly believe he is a troll here.

Touching someone at work all the time is called Harassment. If people don't want to take advice from the law and people here, they can go to jail. I can't believe someone here would be so ignorant as to not consider that.

Do you really think this advice is from a trustable source? I seriously do not.

So if I did that at work I could go to jail?

Possibly a little too full on, and gives the impression you fancy her rather than being interested in her as a person. Read back over some of the things we have discussed for better ideas LGB.

Could I get fired for that? I might tell her " I think your a beautiful person" If she took it the wrong way would she report it? Just do it when no ones around so its her word again hers. In most cases employer takes the female side :x If they deny you unemployment then you could take it to court.

That's why I suggest doing it outside of work hours. Meet for a coffee or something.

LGB, unstead of saying "You look hot today" it might be better to say "That outfit looks great on you!" or something simular.
