I will be going to a third world country in South Asia for two months on Saturday. I am going with two other boys and two girls. One of the girls I have developed a sort of crush on. This question will be two thronged as I am going to ask how to possibly start a relationship but also communicate with the others on the trip. We are going to be volunteering in an orphanage and teaching English to school aged children fron 4-13 years old. The group will be sleeping in the same living quarters. We will be sharing an apartment, teaching together, and travelling in the countryside together. How exactly should I proceed over the next two months?

My advice is to NOT try to start something. If you make things weird between you during the trip, you will still have to live each other for weeks. Just take it easy, keep getting to know each other, but don't try to make anything serious out of it until you get back, as it could end very badly. Go with it, but do not make it go.

Bugzee, you asked us about talking to that girl on a car trip, and we typed out hearts out to you, but we never found out what happened.

Are you just going to take our advise and never get any feed back?

What? I don't understand what your talking about. I never typed out advice for a car trip.

I agree. Be her friend for this trip or whatever it is. Ask her out when you get back.

I apologize, Bugzee. My mistake.

That's okay. And perhaps it is better to just get to know her better on the trip instead of rushing into things. Because then if things get akward I have to stay with her for six weeks.

wow, truer words were never spoken (or written, that is) Always remember this is why it is discouraged to date where you work, because if things go south or get awkward there is no where to 'go'.
