I have two jobs. During the college school year, I work Wednesdays and Thursdays,
from 9 AM to 2 PM. I also work 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM full-time,with Sunday and Monday off,an absolutely miserable schedule. Everyone in my pay grade picks jobs by seniority, and with 16 years since my date of hire, I am second from the bottom in seniority out of 19 people.
I am in a state government job. We are all locked in,unable to move, since government employment here, as everywhere on earth, depends on connections. I was trying to get a union position, and maybe get into the union full-time, but the vice-president of the union local heard me talking about computers, and I instantly made an enemy, since he is 62 years old, and like many older state employees, he rabidly hates any kind of technology. I can create and save word processing documents, surf the internet, and use e-mail. I can't do much else, but that is enough to give me a reputation as a computer whiz here.
I am a college graduate, but I feel like an alien here. Some of my fellow supervisors have finished high school though. Its not like everyone is NT here either. The job involves working with ret*d people, and this kind of job is swarming with aspies, but its stillhorrible.

I suppose this is where on-line dating sites come into play. You can chat online and figure out a time to meet on the days you have off. It makes it more difficult, but it can be done.
