I got together with a friend today of the opposite sex and we went to a movie and then went back to his house to eat lunch and then helped him wash his car and do some other stuff. We also went up to his room and had an okay time listening to techno music and playing video games. We were also going to play a prank on someone by sending them a message on facebook by telling her that we were engaged. He then wanted me to take my shirt off and get into bed and pretend to have sex with him for a video and I had said no. I was so uncomfortable with it that I by accidentally jumped on the guy's bed so hard that his mattress and box spring fell out of the bed frame and we both had to fix. I could tell that he was loosing his temper with me and wanted me to pick up the mattress a certain way. We then fixed the bed and he made me make and was playing around by slapping me on the but playfully going, "Get your fat ass to work."

Luckily, we are just friends because he is a neat freak and a bit of perfectionist and I don't think I would be happy with him as his girlfriend since he says and does weird things that get on my nerves.

He also has a crush on me and I go and have fun with him but I just don't have those feelings for him and I don't feel right with him since he does some things that get on my nerves. I would rather stay friends with him than date for those reason.

What does anyone else think?

He sounds like a jerk, to me. Sorry if it sounds harsh. But any guy who would endanger my reputation, by inviting me to undress and then take a pic to post on the www is not a friend, IMO! If you still want to consider him a friend, don't be alone with him.

You mentioned the situation was making you uncomfortable and I think you should trust your instincts. I agree with Hartzofspace, on this one. If you are going to try to remain friends, I think you have to make your boundaries very clear with him. But, based on his previous behavior, I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to push those boundaries, though.

This person may make a good friend but his actions/words seem inappropriate and disrespectful. You seem absolutely correct in your feelings.

Do NOT date him. One bad relationship is enough to ruin you wanting more. He sounds like a babyish fool and tbh I wouldn't even bother being friends with him, but thats not my decision.

Don't go up to his bedroom with just the two of you. If a group of friends go up to play games that should be fine but when you and he are alone he may get a different idea about what he wants to do in the bedroom.

He's not dangerous he is also on the spectrum and does some behaviors that he is clueless about that an NT would find inappropriate. He is also known to hang out with some wild people who enjoy going to Hooters to look at women all the time. He's not abusive but more on the stuck up side when it comes to doing things his way.

wtf! He asked you to make a sex video with him 8O

I think you need to sit down with this guy (in a public place preferably) and explain that you like him as a friend but it makes you uncomfortable when he makes sexual requests and innuendos.

That's if you really need him as a friend. If not, I'd high tail it out of there and never contact him again. He may not intend to be a creep because of his autism or whatever, but you have every right to be creeped out.

If you still want him as a friend (not the sensible option, but I understand that friends are hard to come by) then I don't think you should ever meet up with him alone. See him in a group, or at the least in a public place. Don't go to a room alone with him- he doesn't sound like he knows what boundaries are and that could be dangerous.

I agree with the others. Don't see him alone anymore so he doesn't get the wrong idea that he has a chance with you.

Also, I know its a huge compliment when a guy gives you attention or has a crush on you, but carefully think about your interactions with him so you are not leading him on.

I thought it was not a good idea that you agreed to jokingly agree to be engaged with him.

How is it a compliment? I personally would rather be ignored than have as*hole weirdos like this guy attracted to me. All in all, I agree though - pretending to be engaged with someone is hard out flirting with them.

I'd stay away from this guy if I were you. He's bad news. Before you know it, if you agree to be filmed without your shirt on, this guy will probably upload it onto the internet for everyone to see.
