understanding and forgiving our mistakes

This is a concern of mine as of late.... There was this girl (Jammie) I met online, she asked me to a date... Now at the time I was just dx'ed with AS, I barely paid it any mind... As far as I knew I was exactly like any other kid out there, I just had trouble dating... This story spans over from about 2 or 3 yrs ago so bear with me.
Well, I learned on TV (I had a very impressionable mind at that point in time) that if she wasn't interested at first, to keep pushing, verbally.... I asked her if she wanted to do it... Needless to say this approach didn't go over well, but I learned from my mistake. The next day I called to say I was sorry, I made a mistake, but her mom picked up and cursed me out, and threatened to call the cops on me if I ever spoke to Jammie again.
Jammie got furious, went around telling people I molested her (when in fact I never did, because I'm a better person than that)... To this day, I've re-encountered her at school... I made friends with another girl (Kaitlin) who just happened to be friends with Jammie, and she starts making threats to get the law involved if I didn't stop talking to Kaitlin... Then she goes around saying I was stalking Kaitlin, although Kaitlin never had a serious problem with me... Now, I'm "stalking" Kaitlin when I have no clue where she lives, where she works (if she works), nothing. Yet to this day she insists I was stalking Kaitlin just because I spoke to her on the phone a few times... Kaitlin eventually told the campus disability counselor to tell me she just wanted to be mutual friends (which means we never really acknowledge one another)... I was cool with this because I didn't want the added drama Jammie would keep dishing out.
Now more recently, I made another female friend on-line named Janet... Well apparently Janet turned up to be friends with Jammie too... With the totally seperate situation I just went through with the death of my ex, I was very depressed, and when I spoke to Janet I was hoping she'd lend a helping ear but I ended up coming off sounding like a total basket case, which scared her (because before I scared her off we had an agreement to not let Jammie know we were talking online as friends)... Well needless to say, Jammie IMs me bitching once again to stay away...
Now I can't get it through her head that hey, I'm human, I made a mistake... But I didn't molest her (or touch her tit as she likes to say)... And I never "stalked" anyone. I apologized for what I said to her that night. I find that women like this don't wanna forget and forgive, don't wanna even try to understand... either because she's insecure herself and she needs to victimize someone else to feel better about herself, or because she wants a reason to hate on the "weirdo"... I dunno, does anyone else have any idea about this?

Geez, talk about bad luck. You could try a restraining order against this girl, although that won't stop her from talking to others about you. I think a professional has to step in to set the girl straight about this situation. Maybe a joint counselling session?

Ah. Gotta love it when girls get crazy. Even more fun that it's 'always the man's fault'.

Just because you came on strong doesn't excuse that kind of crap. Yeah she's allowed to freak out, over reacting is understandable.
