Well, Im gonna try to make it short and to the point so here it goes. I feel that I could "never" share a bed with anyone because of my habit of thrashing around with enough force to leave fist-sized and heel-sized holes in walls. Im basically afraid that this tendency will cause a great deal of harm and be a turn-off to a potential "mate". Yes, ive had quite a few incidents with people and objects while sleeping. to name a few...
1)I was 11 at the time and I was at a sleep-over. Granted I ended up kicking a kid in the ribs hard enough to break 3 of them.
2) Around the same time I also broke my fathers arm with a kick as he walked into my room to wake me up for school.
3)age 14, at my old house, my room was a lower floor add-on. I ended up kicking though the wall and cracked a support beam to hell.
4)17, ended up sleepwalking and just started destroying random things.
5) Most recently, the other day I ended up cracking my bed-frame in half.
Somehow I am starting to thinks my body channels chuck norris when I sleep. Therapists have no idea what to do either, so I dunno.
I'd say explaining this to a partner would be a good idea, there's nothing wrong with sleeping in different beds. Although, I think finding out what causes this would be a very good idea. Chronos is right, a sleep study is the best way to find out what's happening.
