Are you sure the apology was necessary? From the many obnoxious personalities I've encountered on this forum in the short time I've been here, maybe it's not so much you as it is them...

I didn't feel pissed off because of any of your posts, though I was a bit disappointed that you didn't answer the questions I raised in reply to them.

I do hope that your unhappiness has faded away.

well it is none of my business why you are apologizing. maybe you have done something wrong that i never saw, but i will say that i will always read your posts if i see them, and i like to digest what you have to say.
you seem very straight forward and i believe that what you say is never said from a pretentious or posturing motivation.

i believe you have AS and i do not believe many people have AS who claim to have AS here.
even though you are miles above me in your ability to see social reality, i still see that you say your thoughts in a way that i always fully understand.

just keep being you or this forum for me will be less valuable.

i do not want a reply because i will not know what to say to it. i just make statements and i do not like to reciprocate.

i don't see it at all! hale_bopp, you have definitely seemed unhappy lately {{{{{awkward aspie hug}}}}}, but i would not say that you were actually being offensive. i think that some of the more misogynistic comments on WP can be hard to handle (i've been totally guilty of getting hot under the collar), and you have not been shy in expressing your feelings about these kind of comments. i don't feel like you necessarily crossed a line, but i'm not going to be weird and creep out your posts to find anything contentious either, so maybe i missed something.

i value what you have to say, so i really hope you continue to be outspoken and forthright.

You don't make me angry. I love the honesty in your posts. You say things that some of us don't have the balls to, which adds more to the discussion. Topics would go nowhere if we were all agreeing with each other all the time. Anyway, I hope you're feeling better.
