You just described the basic plot of a movie, "In The Company Of Men." A man who was hurt in a relationship decides to purposely make a girl (a deaf girl, no less) fall in love with him for the sole purpose of dumping her when she does, just to get even with women. So go ahead and rent that, get your revenge fantasy out of your system.

Your pain does not excuse you from the requirements of human decency.

He might be either planning to date a telemarketer or a DC bureaucrat. In that case I can at least understand where his heart's but I'm still not fully with him on the means.
