I was wondering if anyone would be able to offer me any advice on my dating profile, I'm particularly interested in the failings but if anythings is good enough to note would welcome mention of that too so I don't remove it in future. You can see my profile here, it's currently visible without logging in but is with OKCupid so if anyone would like to remain annonymous and is currently logged in to the site, sign out first!

I look forward to your insight. :D

I don't normally bump my own threads purposely but I know a umber of members did check out my profile but didn't comment. Could any of you please give me any type of feedback please? I'm trying on there, messaging people but getting no response. Some are viewing my profile before they decide not to reply - people who had looked at mine first too - so I don't know where I'm going wrong? I really think I need some help but have nobody I can ask in real life.

I looked at it, but I'm afraid I don't really have advice for you. I don't see anything that stands out (in a bad way). You did spell "height" wrong in one place. Some people probably wouldn't notice, but some (like me) will get hung up on that

Oh, I'm one who looked briefly, and didn't respond. I can't now either, but I pledge to do so tomorrow... sorry this is such a very flaky reply.

I looked at your profile just now. It's well written, makes sense, isn't offensive . . . . but it does not say what you want in a relationship. What's missing in your life? What do you want to do, but can't do alone? What are your hopes; your dreams?

Show a reader where she fits into your world.

Best of luck to you

That's something I would notice on someone else's, I can't believe I missed it on mine! Thank you for pointing that out, it's now corrected. I've just read my bump again and that's quite littered with mistakes too. I have been drowning out valentines though so have intoxication to blame there!

You were one, yes, but I don't want to make anyone feel obliged. I just don't know where I'm going wrong and would very much appreciate any input offered.

Thank you John, I'll look to add something in regards to that soon, when I'm more clear headed!

I like your profile overall, MarkH. I'm not too keen on the photo from your sister's 30th. You look ashen in it. But great choice for your main profile pic! Good luck in your search.
