The only problem with it is if you are rejected by her you might feel
even worse. But maybe she would love to hear from you. I'm not sure
on locating people in Canada but in the US its pretty easy to use someones
old address to find their current address. Myself I've been obsessive over
females in the past and think it would be a bad idea for me to ever contact
them.

Sorry that you dont feel your perfect but seriously, nobody expects you to be perfect.
Nobody is perfect anyway. Thats what makes every individual unique :P .

If needed, feel free to vent about your life with one new topic in The Haven.
You'll have a better chance if being taken seriously there.
