Girls can find a guy any second, but it takes work for a guy to get a girl.
Of course, quality matters, but the smaller the pool, the less quality.

No.
You explain the millions of women who are single who don't want to be,
considering your seeming-implication that most of us have men falling at our feet when we step out the front door.
Even if I didn't take issue with the veracity of your assertions themselves (which I can only HOPE are deliberately-hyperbolic),
do we really need another thread whining about who has it worse?

How does that help anyone?

Maybe he means at or around high school age. If so, he's quite correct. :P

I don't think any one gender has it easier than the other. However, troll or not, there is one question I have:

Could you send one of these women in my direction? I don't doubt you, but I'm not seeing any of this in my life... and it's lonely here for me. If anything one of these lonely women can be with lonely me and maybe together we'd be less lonely...

It's not easier for girls to get a boyfriend at high school.

Well, of course you don't see it- you're not one of millions of single women who can't get a date for whatever reason.

And if you're that lonely, come on over-

Pizza + week-long Star Trek marathon! :D

None of the girls I was in social circles with in high school ever had a boyfriend.

Well my school was really sh***y, but it was true about my school.

So....the number of boys vastly outnumbered the number of girls?

That's the only way I can think of for the percentage of girls with boyfriends to be significantly greater than the percentage of boys with girlfriends.

Oh, so it's not really an observation of inherent gender differences, at all,
but of an environment where one group had a simple quantitative advantage.

....thanks.
