Do you know any people who are like this?

I've met a few in my lifetime, real aggressive people.
A female aquaintance of mine dumped a guy like this and he gave her a light concussion for it return.

The dark haired one looks like one of my exes but he isn't that big of an as*hole. I never ran into someone like this or saw them in that state anyway. >.<
