Look,i can easily find one night stands,also many girls wanted me even though i am not sure if they knew that i am different.But i see many who have and it's ridiculous me not to have.

They never have to know, it's not really important concerning sex. It's not like she will turn into a pile of goo or something like that.

There have been people in the past with autism, there are people now with autism and there will be people with autism in the future.

If someone might tell you have autism and she will ask you about it, just explain about it what it means for you and highlight it positively.
If not, you could mention it when you are already a long time in a relationship, but it really isn't an issue on itself.
