Back in March I tried Speed Dating. It was stressful to say the least. Last night, I tried it again - but this time as a very last-minute sort of thing. A small-scale event (spoke to 8 women in the course of the night). This time, I got to sit down and the women came to me - also got 5 minutes per meeting instead of three.

It takes some getting used to, but in many respects my AS traitis put at less of a disadvantage that usual. Eye contact is easier when it's a one-to-one conversation over a table, and the formulaic structure of the night makes it easier to adjust to what's going on. I knew what was coming. On the other hand, 5 minutes isn't enough to let anyone see past superficial quirks, which might be a downside.

What does everyone else think?

Crum, I tried speed dating more then half of the woman had no interest in life other then drinking and going to bars and clubs. Except for one, I either but them as potentual friends or remance but I got no answers.
