im from coventry and over the years my autsim has gone from being quite bad to quite mild now hehe. when i was younger they thought i had classic autism then they changed there minds when i was about 15 and said i have HFA yay although i still take people very litterally and can't read people i still can sort of mingle on my own terms and communicate using my mouth quite well lol. You're from Coventry? Cool, i live in Warwickshire at the moment (tho i'm possibly moving to Birmingham quite soon, and then possibly again somewhere further north in about a year).

I was involved for a short while with a "neurodiversity" group based in Coventry, but they only met once a month and very few people (mostly older and male) were interested... they had an email list, but i don't think there was ever any activity on it, so i dunno if it's still going...

er, are you male or female btw? for some reason i'm sort of assuming you're female, but i'm not sure why...

I used to go to nurodiversity too they do still meet but i got asulted by someone who goes to the group so i am no longer able to go no more. Which is stressful. I am female lol rare lol. The man who assulted me was called Dave arris and he has mental problems as well as aspergers but he gets away with everything! People are too scared to tell him he can't go so me and a few new people who just joined decided not to go no more lol. aww well maybe there might be another group for quiet people set up tho

Don't think i knowingly met this Dave person, but i'm surprised that Larry (if he's still running the group?) would have taken the side of someone who assaulted another group member over the one who was assaulted - have you spoken to him about it? He seemed a pretty sound person when i met him and not someone who would find that sort of thing acceptable...

I'd definitely like to meet you, but i'm really really crap at making connections with people... when i've got a bit more time and my head's a bit more together, i might email you... hope you're OK...

Hi yea I think there is decussions of a new group running. Dave will be in one group and i will be in another. Larence can't take sides as a leader and there isn't much he can do about it. Dave is controlling and minipulating he knows what he is doing. i hate living like this i could give you all my email address some of you might be suited to go to the original nurodiversity while others might be able to come to the new group that is being set up?

Why not? He takes sides with a mentally derranged 40 odd pervert from Hull who thinks its perfectly fine to ring up girls half his age with anxiety and mental health problems and scream hysterically to them that he's going to jump off a bridge and kill himself. While the jury is still out over whether or not he has completly lost the plot in the last year or so he clearly surrounds himself with people one would think a judge of good character would try to avoid.

Though so far I dare say most of the people who attended this coventry group who I have encountered so far seem to be totally off their trolly and racing out of the supermarket car park in the sanity department.

im not mad and im from coventry and LARRY isn't all that bad he is an alright person he is my friend its just a difficult situation
