How many singles over 40 looking for a date or LTR?

After being on here a few weeks, I noticed most are in their 20s, early 30s (or even late teens). Just wondering how many 40 and up are looking. I'm 55 and looking for a woman 40+ in or near SE Alabama.

I'm 38 and looking for someone to marry some day. The problem I have is that my dating experience is extremely limited which means I don't know how to go about it and even if I did get a date the other person likely would not want to deal with someone my age with less experience than the typical 14 year old.

Most with their age viewable in the first place are. Just look who doesn't have their age displayed to the left under their avatar. They're probably over age forty 9 times out of 10. I'm talking about this whole site by the way not just the L&D board.

There were a few threads for over 40 members at the adult section but people lost interest on them apparently(adult section 40+ threads index)
