What does this mean.

I mean.. is it the same as a "nice guy"?
Does anyone here find themselves attracted to "sweet men"

I found this interesting because I had a girl go on about a male friend of hers to me saying "he is a really sweet guy"
I'm guessing its' supposed to make the person sound attractive?

I've never really been attracted to the sort of guys who are "sweet". What would they do? Turn up at your door with a daisy and a puppy dog face? 8O

Sensitive... um kind of unguarded and childlike... kind of feminine... I'm not making this sound very good am I... the words to choose from aren't sufficient. I guess someone who when a creator was making people thought to himself "now I don't play favorites but this will be my special little one."

I like once i'm with someone if they're sweet and do sweet things for/with me.
But initially it wouldn't be overly attractive to me. I prefer confidence and the more masculine traits, I guess.

the last time i heard of a woman, attracted to a "sweet guy" he wasnt sweet at all just a perv

a "nice guys" is usualy a guy who appears to hav little to no confidence but other than that possesses many attractive qualities

a "sweet guy" is a guy who is allways saying all the right things all the time(something i sadly fall into this alot)

this is a bad thing cuz the woman never has a chance to miss the guy and there for attraction usualy never builds

like it would if hes wasnt always making himself available, most likely ur friend is saying this in antempt to get positive feedback from u

but i realy couldnt say since im usualy the one being called the "sweet guy" lol

its a general rule that if a girl uters the word "sweet" and shes not talking about taste, ur in the "friend zone"

What Emlion said.

"Nice" is for well-established relationships - being perceived as a pushover is instantaneous toxic death to romantic relationships - I've been guilty of this one myself.

It's OK to be nice on the inside, but don't let it show on the outside!! !

Ive only heard women refer to guys in that manner in two occasions: when the guy is a jerk but she 'knows' he's really a caring person in private (i call BS on that one) ... and when the guy has been shoved into the 'friends' zone by her and uses the term as a sort of code word to other girls about her not being interested in the guy.

Hmm

I thought:

"nice guy" was a guy who was fake respectful so he can get either a relationship or get sex out of a girl, and either doesn't want to know her if the answer is no or flips out.

"sweet guy" seems like a man who has the vulnerability of a little boy.. or acts like a girl.

Is this accurate?

After licking my arm, I've realized that I am more of a salty guy, kinda of bacon taste.

Does that mean I am a 'pig' guy ?

Yeah on the second for me. As for the first well when I say someone's nice I mean they're genuinely nice.

Sorry, I meant "self proclaimed nice guy".
