Here is a prediction.

When the economy improves, there will be significantly more women involved in online dating.

When the economy improves, there will be slightly more men involved in online dating.

Discuss.

Absolutely, I agree with you.

When the economy picks up, women date more. This is because all women are gold-diggas. If men have less money, there is little incentive for women to date. Who will buy them their shoes?

I'm not sure that the difference between one hundred million 48-year-old alcoholic single mothers with 3+ kids and two hundred million 48-year-old alcoholic single mothers with 3+ kids is all that significant, in the grand scheme of things.

Lol, the problem is - the way the work world is structured - they're flat out better than us. Is that an increase of dating when they have everything squared financially and have nothing else to think about but wishing they had an SO or is that them hoping to find an SO who's got higher net worth? If its the later they're in for quite a lonely road.

Sure it is - double the taxpayers and close to double the input for social security.

Oh, I could get one. I could get lots of them. That's the problem. They're the only ones who ever contact me.

Well, OK, there's an economic aspect, sure. But I'm thinking more along the lines of my own narrow and self-absorbed dating problem. Whatever that means.

Sounds great! We will take them to 5 star restaurants and get them to buy us $200 4 course dinners, and then shoe and dress shopping, then finally they can take us out and buy us bottles of champagne...

I would think there would be more people now using online dating sites because the alternative is to go out to nightclubs and bars, where you have to spend a lot of money.

I'm seriously disappointed in both of em, they completely forgot the spas and hot rock massages. :P
