I have a prevailing issue that I've a close aspie friend I have developed emotions for above a friendship level. I cannot be direct about this, I never have been able to be up front about my emotions towards someone until a connection is formed so to speak. Any advice on ways to calm the nerves? Or anything that'd possibly help?

This may sound stupid..but...I don't know..just practice what you are gonna say (of course, when no one is around :clear: ) It is preferred to do this with a mirror, so you can see any mistakes that needs a fix. I haven't tried this before, but I somehow scored a neurotypical girl, which , after break up, is an AS suspect. I did just that, not without several misses however
