A'ight dudes, so I've been talking to this girl online for about a month and a half, and we're just friends.
So, one day I had a GEEENIUUUS IDEA! I will act like a dick to her, since women seem to like guys that treat them kind of poorly (I now realise it was a silly observation).
So, I started giving one worded replies, starting to act a bit more disinterested and one day she said something along the lines of ":( Am I getting boring to you?".
Don't ask me why I said this, but I said "Why don't you suck my dick, dude?
*whops it out*"
inappropriate, but it's an inside joke anyway.
Then I said "Show me a picture of yourself" (she hasn't shown me a picture of herself, I know you'll be thinking "BUT HOW DO YOU KNOW SHE'S A GIRL?", I've heard her talk, if that was a man's voice, I've got to give him a medal for top notch voice acting), then she said she didn't have a picture of herself (she's told me this before).
Then I said "Take one then.".
She hasn't replied since.
What do I do?
Do I explain my reasons as to why I was a dick?

This is a weird story in many ways, but the weirdest thing is that you called a girl "dude".

EDIT: Shows how much I know about American slang. Apparently "dude" became unisex while I wasn't looking.

Apologize, not because you're going to get anything out of it or it's going to help you any, cause it won't, but just because you should. Seems obvious to me.

Declension, I actually use stuff like that ironically most of the time.
Like "yo" or "sup".

...woah. And I thought *my* online interactions have been kind of strange.

Basically, what edgewaters said. It *could* help, but that's beside the point. You have got to apologise for that.

I don't mean to be harsh, but if I was on the receiving end of that conversation, I would be pretty darn angry (or at least annoyed), and unless I considered you a *really* good friend beforehand and therefore decided to give you the benefit of the doubt, I would probably block you.

Still -- apologise, and even if she doesn't reply, learn from it for how you deal with people in future.

Apologise and walk away.
If I were her, I'd be gone.

Just had this thought...

I hear all the time "Girls like men who treat them like crap." But no one ever seems to ask this....

Guys... why would you pursue a woman who wants to be treated that way?

AnnieMayMango, I think you've gotten the advice you need. But it might be worth asking yourself the above question about girls you meet in the future. If you think she's a girl who wants to be treated like dirt, is that the girl you want?

Seriously it doesn't matter, stop analysing something over a girl you haven't even seen, you are putting too much though into this. You were assertive in asking for her photos and that's what matters. I mean seriously it's probably some kid messing around on a computer, it's less than 10 pounds to buy a web cam and you're telling me she can't afford a web cam?
