I'd appreciate it if anyone that's quoted the writing that was here would edit out the banter in their post.

I appreciate the positive that was posted. Lots of hugs, folks.

So he needs an African swallow, but wait they do not migrate here. Perhaps if he has two swallows carry the information at the same time, assuming that they do not run into each others wings. At least the information is more manageable for the birds than coconuts.

Good luck. I hope he appreciates the humor, it is more than I generally manage.

After all that he couldn't even use proper grammar :P OI!

Ah well... My eye-teeth for a man who can keep up...

Night folks. *hugs*

That's an awesome message Bloom!

I met my other half on OKC, I think it's a fairly Aspie-friendly site because with all their tests and everything you can get quite a good insight into a person's character before you even talk to them

Personally, i would get freaked and leave you alone to enjoy a lonely Saturday.

A very scary first impression that would make any sane man runs in the opposite direction...and fast.

Surprisingly enough, had that been me on the other line, I would have fallen out of my goddamn computer chair laughing my ass off and then 5 minutes later picked myself up off the floor just long enough to type "Sounds awesome. See you [day] at [time], then?" before laughing myself to the floor again. Which of course speaks volumes about my sanity. But then again, sanity is overrated. The girl I'm dating right now is insane and random enough to scare off most guys, in fact she warned me about it when we first started dating. We've been together for six months now and we fit together like puzzle pieces. Her general state of mind is like taking an iPod with 8 GB worth of music and putting it on Shuffle, but if anything that makes me love her even more. She's random, she's off-the-wall, she keeps it fresh and interesting.

So yeah, sanity is overrated. And boring. That said, best of luck to you, Bloom, as well as to the next poor soul that dares to message you without knowing exactly what he's getting into.

same here, There are better more polite ways to say that entire message. It made her come off a bit full of herself.

yea it does make her sound very full of herself. I wrote "a bit" to try and not sound insulting, because im trying hard to word this without coming that way. If I had recieved something like that my response would be

"Well Im glad we got that out of the way, hope you find someone that can fulfil your egos needs"

You can simply come out and say that entire post in a way that is still well written and exciting, gets the point across but that sounds modest. I dont know you enough to say that you are full of yourself or have a needy ego or whatnot, but likely neither does that guy and now he likely thinks you are that way.

Yeah more than a bit but it was funny as hell too

Modesty can be overrated; a bad habit, even. Of course, I hope she doesn't expect a date any time in the near future! But I'm guessing that was the intent.
