Honey, I need you the way President Bush needs English courses... God, the leader of the free world should know how to congregate commonly used verbs...

Honey, I need you the way John Kerry needs oratory lessons... he's not perceivably better than Bush...

Honey, I need you the way Ralph Nader needs a newspaper... if he's in charge of the environmental movement than the oil barons and whalers have practically won...

the best Romantic lines are the ones that comes from your heart, read lots of poetry and books on rhymes, find words that are as deep as your heart is feeling, find a way to make them a sweet rhymes then tell/send it/them to him/her and see how it works out. for the most part I have found the Lady's like things that flatter their vanity's and ego's the most.

I guess for me as a woman I don't find myself impressed by 'romantic lines' in the way other women are, I tend to find them not sincere after awhile. I would rather a man that would just say. "Hi, my name is... I'd really like to get to know you better." I guess I'm more for the blunt at times than the romantic even though the latter can be nice in a relationship but with me in the getting to know each other phase, it's not really interesting to me as I have had many years to study how these things seem to work either through personal experience or watching it happen with others.

Unfortunately I've had people tend to describe me as 'more male-minded' as far as this romantic thing is concerned. I guess that and being overly sensitive and have a hard time with emotional regulation that I've faced all my life well before knowing myself as an Aspie has hindered many things as well. I guess I've become a little bit cynical after dealing with a few abusive relationships and some real 'jerks'. Now when I know a man is sincere in his interest in me and it's not related to my physical appearance, I don't tend to mind romantic 'lines' at times but I prefer honesty and bluntness when it comes to interest in me.

one-liners don't work for me. i personally think they are rather corny and overdone. i just flirt and joke around and he'll like me :) hopefully :)

I read a great one in a book (biography - supposed to be true).

A guy walks a dog in a park. When his dog sniffs the tail of a dog being walked by a girl he likes the look of, he asks, "Can my dog have your dog's phone number".

lmao I love how those are so ridicuously verbose.
