i'm compassionate, positive and supportive, but not overly demonstrative and sometimes awkward. i give myself a 5.

3 ... I've got some good attitudes but bad habits ... like being either overbearing or withdrawn in conversation, not paying attention to people, being awkward, etc. If I could sort some of that out, adapt a bit, I might get myself up to a 7 or 8 I think.

it would be great if we could set standards for 1-10 (like a pain scale) and them our answers would mean something in relation to each other
though seeing where people *think* they stack up against other people is kinda interesting in itself

I don't think I'm very emotionally attractive. I'm needy, I cry for no reason (or if there is a reason I don't know what it is), I'm anxious` all the time about everything, I need constant reassurance. Emotionally I'm a horrible person. Well you said be honest!

I suppose my good points (such as they are) is that I am kind, and I do show people that I love them, I'm not jealous and I rarely get angry. I'm not sure that the good points outweigh the bad points, frankly. Luckily for me quite a few men seem to like insecure, emotionally unstable women and I've done OK so far

Yes but eventually they realise that they can't fix me, and that makes them angry or upset. My boyfriend now doesn't try and fix me, and I don't try to change him. A lot of women seem to go out with men in the hope they can change them in some way, but I don't do that because I know what it's like to be on the receiving end.
