I just watched a movie called School for Seduction

(it got a low rating on IMDB, but I thought it was pretty funny). The movie is about a woman who goes from Italy to England to teach sexiness and seduction to English women. From the movie, I got the impression that there is something of a conventional idea (in England) that Italian women are extremely sexy and seductive, while English women tend to gravitate towards the other extreme. In the USA, Gina Lolabridgida and Sofia Loren aside, I think that we tend to imagine Italian women as plump, jolly little things who love to stuff their families (and themselves) with spaghetti.

Back in the 1960s, Swedish women were often regarded (in popular culture) as epitomizing the height of sexiness. Tiger Woods got himself a pretty Swedish trophy wife.

There is something of an adage that goes

Americans go to Russia for women because the Russians won't touch those women. My Russian friend informs me that they're all ex-prostitutes. I mean no judgement by that, its hard to come by decent work there, but I wouldn't consider someone coming from a profession that is littered with STDs wife material.

You didn't list Aspie women as an option! We're a category unto ourselves.

I don't much care for the question. Maybe I'm just being a bitchy American woman, but I don't enjoy being classified as a trophy, or as something on par with your house or your salary. Believe it or not, lads, we're people too!

depends on what features dictate "best" for women. Also it ignores that great women (looks and in other things) can come from any place and race

"Flemish women" are not on your list... In the Middle Ages, Flemish women were considered the most beautiful in Europe, because of the textile industry that was booming there. They were all well-dressed and that's still visible on paintings from that time: Rubens, Van Dijck, Van Eyck, etc...

Irish girls are well known for their beauty and I have a soft spot because of my background.

Polish girls who work in the UK are pretty hot mainly because they tend to do work that keeps them in shape. Also the type of girls that choose to migrate tend to have strong interesting personalities.
