meet this women i found very cute and intresting, only to notice that she looks like a women i was friends w/ for over 2yrs. i distanced myself from her because of it, and now she is seems to be interested in me, talking to me and even following me outside to smoke? i think it would be wierd if we hooked up and think i should tell her of this just to put it out of the way?

This happened.....not really to me, but to a girl I used to like in high school. She fought tooth and nail to not go out with me. Then like a year later when I wasn't at the school any more, she said she didn't know how to react to me liking her because I was apparently the only guy that did. Fast forward to a year ago and she meets a guy who is a janitor at an old folks' home, is 13 years older than she is, and looks almost exactly like me, except taller and skinnier. Wanna know the sad part about it? He was in prison for about 17 years total. I never found out why, but she insisted on staying with this guy anyway, and he threatened her several times with violence and even told her repeatedly that she was gonna have his baby. She got pregnant by him and just had the baby like 2 weeks ago.

Coulda avoided all this if she'd just gone out with me, but what can I say? Some people choose hell.

I don't think you should tell her. I dated a guy for a bit and I couldn't figure out what he saw in me. We never really clicked because I didn't quite trust him--partly because he was cute and his family was stupefyingly rich. He had mentioned his old GF a couple of times in passing. Her name was Glee.

Then a couple of years after I quit seeing him, a stranger came up to me in the restroom of a club and said I looked so much like someone she used to know, and did I have a sister named Glee?

It sounds like you have a refined idea of what you like in the looks departments, it doesn't mean you have fixed idea of what you like in the personality department. This girl WILL have different to your ex because is everyone infinitely different from everyone else.

I have a very fixed type for looks and I've meet lots of girls who look the same but everyone single one had a different personality.

Wemen generally get weirded out when a guy is quick to bring up a past relationship; especially when he is comparing her to an ex like that.

Yeah man, I'm 24 and have seen damn near everything at this point. None of this stuff really surprises me anymore. You can kinda see why I'm so bitter sometimes.
