A rather simple Q. For me, I think it depends on what my gal wants me to wear. If she doesn't ask, however, then it's my sports jersey and cap for me. Otherwise, if it's a bit formal, then I will go along with her. :D

I imagine wearing clothes of any kind is a step in the right direction.

I might ace the jersey, I mean I dont know what sort of girl she is. But some women prefer to think that a potential mate isnt going to laze around on the couch watching Aaron Rodgers and the Pack Attack

I also like to wear my sweaters, as well, aside from my sports gear. :D So there's that, too.

Depends on the date situation. I'm not going to get dressed up to see the movies.

It depends on where I'm going. Usually I wear a nice top and jeans, something nice, but not too fancy.

"Office Normal" - two-piece suit, button-down shirt, tie, dress shoes - for the first date. The venue and context of subsequent dates determine what to wear.

Slightly better than everyone else where you're going will be. You want to make an impression.

Depends on what you're doing, but unless you're taking him/her out to a fancy dinner, best to dress casual. Basically how you'd dress normally but maybe spice it up a bit since you are on a date after all.

I wouldn't recommend that, she'll stereotype you as your average bud light guzzling jock. I'd have something more like this in mind:

A t-shirt 2 sizes too small so that I can show off my big manly muscles.
