A girl on the bus made eye contact with me, i think she liked me because she sat down kind of next to me and she made suggestive eye contact with me twice, i felt she was trying to flirt with me but i just froze up and didnt have a word to say to her, does this happen to anyone else, i felt so bad afterword, she seemed really nice and sweet.

On many occasions this has happened to me, although my natural reaction is to try and make the girl or the other person laugh or make some sort of 'polite joke' which usually fails or is met with reserved looks. I went through a phase when I was in school where I memorised a bunch of jokes and joke scenarios so if ever a conversation went dry, I'd just say: ''hey, did I tell you my new joke?'' My problem is that if a conversation stops it's very difficult for me to understand if that's stopped naturally or if I should try and continue it, if that makes sense. Did she try to talk to you or was she just looking at you?
I know I'm very off topic with my response, I've since realised that some of the content of my jokes could be offensive and misconstrued but hey, we live and learn.
I suppose we all have trouble with this sort of thing, did you know the girl by any chance or was it a complete stranger? Will you see her again? I've also found its good to plan conversations, for instance a while ago I went on a date with a girl, (I hope I don't sound pretentious there, I would like to stress this was a one-off, the only reason she agreed to go with me, so I'm told, is that I offered to pay for the film) and I had to plan what to say just because I would freeze if the conversation stopped.
I hope that helps, it probably doesn't.

I cant even think of anything to say, i would say im kind of shy, but i also am very bad at starting conversations or even flirting, its hard for me to even make eye contact.

As for your questions:

No she did not try to talk with me, but she made eye contact with me, i felt she liked me because she stared directly at me, and i looked at her too.

I take the bus home from work, i dont drive. Ive only seen her once before on the bus a couple of months ago, i noticed her, but im not sure if she noticed me. I dont know her though. Will I see her again? Yes there is probably a good chance i will see her again next week or the week after.

Not thinking about marriage, though she was cute, i think she was in her twenties though, she might have thought i was younger than i was, i carry a backback home from work.

And she was sitting 1 seat in front of me, but she was sitting on her side, not straightforward, she was practicing sign language, i think she was taking a course on it or something.

If she finds out all the unnecessary attention you gave (in this thread) to that single pointless action she performed on you, she would of deeply regretted doing that to you.

Talking about a storm in a glass of water.

The next time you see her, work up to courage to say a friendly "Hi". Then after that, the next time you see her again, plan a conversation and go on from there. If she looks at you again, smile back at her.

Nope, she is not deaf, she was talking to this other guy before we got on the bus, asking him a question about something. I think she is taking classes on it, maybe her profession might involve deaf students?

Hehe, oh yes, ok yes im obsessing about her a little bit even today, thinking about what "could have been" or what "could be" in reality, ill probably repeat the same mistakes i made last time and not say a word.
