Hey my name is Faisal and I'm 20 years old I'm from Kuwait but I'm here in the US as a student. I really am not sure how to ask a girl out here because it's different back home. But a few days ago I took my puppy to a dog bakery and there was this really cute girl working there and I really wanted to ask her out. We were alone for most of the time when she was helping me out and she was really sweet and friendly. I was kind of shy and was being a tad bit awkward and quiet while she was talking to me and playing with my dog. I'm lacking confidence when even the idea of asking her out comes to mind. So if anybody has any suggestions or advice please help me out here, she seems like an amazing girl and I don't want to let her slip away.

"So would you like to have some coffee when you're off work?"

what the previous poster says is good advice. Just don't obsess over the outcome and accept whatever answer you get.

By the way, i like the name Faisal. I had a friend here a couple years ago with that name, but he has since moved back to Libya.

So the next time I probably go into the store she will be all friendly and start petting my dog and offering him treats. Should I start a conversation by asking her if she has a dog herself or should I ask about her job if it's full time or is it part time that sort of stuff then at the end if it's going fine I ask her out to a lunch/dinner or a movie?

coffee... keep it low key and casual. When it comes to a conversation, you will need to learn to go with the flow and not force things. Bring something up if there is silence.
When it comes to asking her out, just simply use what the other poster said as your line. Don't think too much about it and have fun.
