Any men here had this incident yet with other people telling your gf something like that?

Not really actually, but I have a rich imagination.

Sounds like something people are just gonna fire at me minigun style whenever I get into a relationship with someone.

It isn't important what other people think of your relationship, what you and your girlfriend think is the only important thing.

But what if it's your girlfriend's friends or family?

f**k 'em
It's not their live.
They can have an opinion, that's fine. But that doesn't always mean they are right.

Just for the record, I'm not dating anyone, but I just like asking questions about situations I might get in as soon as I do date someone.

I think it's unlikely they would say buy a real man, since girls don't typically need to buy sex.

But they could say to get a real man. Just remember to avoid certain negative behaviors when dating like being clingy or needy, and you should be ok.

You can always tell them to f**k themselves.

"Buy" wasn't meant literally.

I used to me more passive before my 2 divorces, but at this point in my life if someone said that to my GF it would end in a trip to the ER.

So you don't even have a girlfriend and you're getting upset about hypothetical things people might say to you if you did?

I find that rather silly. There are enough real problems to worry about in life to worry about, without worrying about hypothetical ones.

Is this like the whole "drop the zero, and get with the hero" line?

Where did you get the me getting worried part?

I personally couldn't care less. xD

I made this thread to discuss the subject, regardless of what I've experienced or am about to experience.
