It just sounds as if she was just trying to be friendly.

ANicL

You posted a couple of topics on girls with flirting or not. I recommend you do some research on flirting either through some self books or on here. I used to be like you, thinking that most girls around me flirt with me or like me. This isn't necessarily a bad thing because it might be true some of time. Now I've figured this flirting thing, I do get a good amount of attention from girls. So much so that I've friends ask me for advice. Me the awkward aspie guy giving advice to my NT friend about women....... living the dream

I deduce she works there. Probably she was informing you about new products of the store while bagging your groceries, but who knows, we can't read minds.

Duncan- I dont really think girls flirt with me all the time, its just a coincedence that these 2 incidents happend within a 30 day period.

To everyone else; yes she was the bagging groceries girl, she was sweet and kind, but when a girl talks to me its a big suprise, nobody ever talks to me lol. Maybe that is why i notice these things. Im not sure where you all live, but i live near Los Angeles, and people tend to be caught up in their work or thinking of other things, when people are friendly to you, then you take notice, im sure where all of you live people tend to be a little more friendlier, just a thought.

HAHA Dajan, a one night stand would be awesome, although a 2 or 3 night stand would be just as good. And if the sex is great and she has put up with me for that long, then i guess we should might as well be boyfriend and girlfriend, but that is just me imagining things out loud again hehe.

It would still be worth learning how girls flirt for your piece of mind so maybe you take action next time.

Yep, just being friendly. Cashiers nowadays try and suggest items or even specials that the store has. If they're good at their job they're nice about it. If thats flirting my gf was being flirted with right in front of my face whilst the cashier mentioned she had a boyfriend.

Flirting is hard to deduce from cashiers, if they don't work on commission they work on credit, customer compliments get them promoted/raises, etc. Or just builds good rapport so they themselves have a pleasant work experience.

Yes, when all the people around you are angry and stressed, you pay attention if someone is kind to you. It's disconcerting in a good way. It doesn't matter if they do that because it's part of their job or not, it's nice.

It was just a commercial plug on pumpkin pie. I would not read too much into it.
