this girl i like is an aspie....she's super outgoing but is shy as hell around me. sister of a friend of mine, big sis is trying to set something up, and encouraging me to take it slow. but i don't know how slow it is to take!

because for me, my "slow" is often not waiting to make a move until they're married....

Baby steps.........one step at a time......take it slow

Don't try to steal Home, and especially don't punch it to warp speed.


All of these pretty much mean the same thing, don't think your in love on the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd date.

The truth is though that your just better off being yourself + being friendly and interactive.

Just remember to not be so subtle or low key. That means don't be so shy and act like you don't like her. You have to be a man, show her that you're a confident, charming guy.

Learn to get out of your comfort zone when talking to women. The first time talking to a girl you like is always the most nervous. But once you do it, its easier to do it a 2nd time or 3rd time. Kind of like getting your drivers license and driving on your own for the first time.

Oh yah don't make excuses in your head not to talk to her. This shows that your shy and nervous. Learn to brake those habits. Imagine that you will never see this girl again and if you don't talk to her now, it would be too late.

"Taking it slow" doesn't mean waiting for the glacier to pass you! You two will just have to slowly work on your communication. If you can discuss it, you'll know what each other want!
