About a Girl

Hello again, apologies for posting a lot this evening, but I have another question/problem.
You see, for Christmas I was given two tickets for a play and I've asked a girl along to it, I messaged her a few days ago and she said that she would see it with me and would text me in order to arrange it. The only problem is is that the play is in a few days and she hasn't text me yet, now, I really like to plan things in advance so, should I text her and ask her if she wants to go or will that make me look too needy and clingy?
Thank you for any advice you can give me. Knowing my luck she'll probably text me as soon as I publish this post!

Call her. Start with a little chit chat and then ask her if she still want's to join you. Calling is better then this texting.
