I know that men will tolerate women ''flaws'' and odd behavior.
however that is not true for all aspie women (as well as add, social anxiety).
there are aspie women that can't get a date, because of their behavior.

I read alot from here and else where how aspie women and social anxiety women
will say ''how their boyfriend, love them and tolerate their behavior''

but then I read alot of other aspie women and social anxiety women say thing like
this ''their behavior, scares men away''

when do women get ''too weird'' for men. when does a woman ''quickrs'' or ''odd behavior''
get to a point, where men are like: ''that woman she just too strange for me, Im not even going to
talk to her'' or ''that woman I went out with last night, she was too strange for me, I ain't going with her again''
or even most tolerated man would say ''that woman, she just too much for me, she is nice but there no way
I would ever date her''

when does weird become too weird for men. (all can answer)

Depends on the man. I'm too weird for many men, but not, fortunately, my boyfriend.

To me, it would be any behavior that would be strong indicators of paranoia, extreme neuroticism, Borderline Personality Disorder, etc.

As for specifics, calling an obsessive number of times without legitimate reasons to do so, emotionally erupting when inappropriate (i.e. when unprovoked), accusing me of invalid things, etc. would make me run for the hills.

For me, it was excessive clingyness and emotionalness. Guys don't like dealing with an overly emotional girl is my guess. As for just being odd like unconventional, some guys are fine with it others are not. I've known guys who weren't bothered by it while others who questioned me a lot and why I did the things I did.

When I find my pet bunny boiling in a saucepan.

A more serious reply is that I like "weird" provided the woman isn't narcissistic or manipulative. A touch of weirdness adds interest. I mean that too!

Unless of course the weirdness is so extreme as to be a danger to anyone or against the law.

Never. I think it's a sliding scale. Women may become too weird for some men, but I think it's rare that you'll find a woman who is too weird for all men. Double standards, yup, but not as much as you think. I bet a lot of the women on here (and probably most of the men) who "can't get dates" means they just can't get a date they feel is suitable for them. There's always SOME desperate soul who will date just about anybody. But would you really want to date them? Probably not.

Unlike the user above, I'm attracted to narcissism but not manipulativeness. Proving everyone's different!

You have to connect with people, not analyze their behaviours and judge them. That itself is depressing and will scare others away. Another guarantee for scaring others away is justifying your actions based off the fact that you have some sort of disorder (aspergers, OCD, Anxiety, Alcoholic, etc.) Noone wants a partner that is irresponsible, and I know I don't want that either.

I am not going to wait for what I consider the ideal mate. I will go with where I can connect and who I have feelings for. I still want a responsible person for an obvious reason (children).

Reminds me of some banner ads I've seen recently saying "Meet girls that date ANYONE!!"... they give me the shivers.

The thing that turns me off fastest is a woman who is too clingy.

The last thing I want to deal with when meeting someone is for them to start planning our lives together.

I think so many of our problems in dating today stem from the loss of rules.

When there were rules, people knew where they stood. If any women need advice,

-Dress in a feminine way.
-Wear a dress with a reasonably short skirt (it doesn't have to make you look like a working girl).
-A lot of women without makeup look plain. Even movie stars. Some blusher on the cheeks, mascara and bold red lipstick can go a long way.
-Be the forbidden fruit. If you are too easy to attain, he won't think you can love him. That's why a lot of men have fantasies about their nurses, women 20 years older, a sister's friend etc.
-Don't hate a man for wanting sex. Sometimes men are more sexually driven than other times. He can't help it. It's part of his chemistry. See it as an opportunity. By teasing him and not giving it him too easily, you can drive him mad with desire.

I find those qualities to be quite desirable actually. Of course, there is a thin line between those two and obsessive/domineering behavior which can be quite exasperating.

I've been thinking a lot about this lately, and I've come to realize that while I actually find a lot of weirdness and eccentricities in girls to be cute and lovable, there are a few quirks that make it very difficult for me to look at a female as femininely attractive. For example, if a girl consistently dresses exactly like a guy (including male underwear) and puts on deodorant for men and burps and farts casually and comfortably and shamelessly and loudly like a typical man and she expects or wants to be treated like a cute girl, I'm sorry, but it's going to be hard for me to find those quirks attractive.

Otherwise, so long as we're not talking about narcissistic and manipulative traits, I often find myself attracted to a girl's quirks, especially the quirks of a shy quiet girl who displays low body language and a confused facial expression, which makes me want to (instinct-wise) hug her and do all sorts of nice things for her.

On the other hand, I doubt a lot of girls find these quirks attractive in a guy. It would just be a relatively few who do.

EDIT: For example, think of the girl in the theater play called The Glass Menagerie. She is quirky but quite lovable. But then there's the mother who seems like the narcissistic type who I would have to walk on eggshells if I were to interact with her.

Well ...
  • When she demands that you give her fresh-picked wildflowers for Valentine's Day ... in Minnesota.
  • When she accuses you of having cheated on her when you do finally give her flowers.
  • When she tells you to go ahead and spend some time with your friends then becomes enraged when you do it.
  • When she gives you a black eye and then denies that she ever hit you.
  • When she gives your stuff away because she has decided that you no longer need any of it.
  • When she doesn't order dessert for herself, and then tries to eat half of yours instead.
  • When she invites you on a date and still expects you to pay for everything.
  • When she aggressively seduces you one night, and then accuses you of "taking advantage" of her the next morning.
  • When she wears tight, skimpy, translucent clothing and then gives you the old "eyes up here" speech.
  • When she complains that men think of nothing except sex, and then accuses you of being gay for not coming on to her.
  • When she insults you in every way possible, and then a week later demands to know why you haven't called her.
  • When she tells you that God told her to tell you that you should defer to her in every way.
  • When she starts planning your wedding (on the second date), and you haven't even asked her to marry you.
  • When you haven't seen her in over ten years, and she accuses you of being the father of her five-year-old baby.
  • When you and she are making love and she calls out her father's name.
  • When every compromise involves doing things her way.
There ... that'll do for a start.

When I was around 12 years old I idolised an older girl (around 15 years old). She was beautiful, well spoken, curves in the right places, long dark hair. I put her up on a pedestal as the ideal girl. Then one day she came out with the loudest stinkiest fart ever ... and laughed about it. She fell off my pedestal.
