So we've covered fashion, body language and many topics. One topic I would like is maintaining beautiful skin, most people try to hide their skin with make up and tanning but this actually does more damage to the skin than good. Do this and people will wonder why you have amazing skin whilst everyone around you is ageing.

Ways to prevent ageing
1. Hydration, drink lots of water
2. Human growth hormone levels, Exercise and lifting weights
3. A good skin regime
4. Avoid sunbathing of tanning
5. Eat at least 5 vegetables a day or more
6. Use vitamin C serum, this is only thing that preserves the elasticity of the skin.
7. Avoid smoking, drinking, fast food or any type of unhealthy food

To start, a good skin regime should contain Vitamin C serum, Vitamin A moisturiser, EGF eye serum, toners and face wash. Chemical peels are also good in moderation as they tighten the skin, you can google any of these products and purchase them because the products are very good. I use natural products which means they contain no parabens or chemicals so aim to buy products from aromatherapists or natural shops.

However I've found out that the most preliminary effect of ageing is caused by lack of hydration hence why people who sunbath, drink, smoke, use sunbeds age quicker than pale people, I have also found that a decrease in ageing is the decrease in Human Growth Hormone. Broccoli can decrease estrogen and estrogen can also be a factor that contributes to bloating and ageing factors as well.

In the shower warm/hot water is very hard on facial skin especially after many years. I always turn the water temperature to cold when running it over my face or head. However, It's also very uncomfortable at first which is why you don't hear much about cold water for anti-aging.

According to Morten Harket (aged 54, never used Botox or had any facial surgery), much of the "secret" of not aging is to work out and simply avoid wheat and pork.

There's one thing that really attracts women and that's having smooth nice skin, something a lot of guys on here could do to look more hygienic instead of looking like they've been in an underground bunker for 20 years.

A survey carried out by AXE and Lavalife.com has revealed that smooth skin and a shaved face are a key to a woman's heart.

I'm sorry, but I can't afford to have smoother skin than it already is. I need to roughen me up a little. Anyone wanna lay a bloody fist to my face?

Get lots of beta carotene intake.

First is pale. Second is tanned. Third is increased carotenoid intake.

-I have a beard and got someone that doesn't like beards to sleep with me.
-I have a babyface despite the fact that I abused my body for years with smoking and drinking and a lot of bad foods.
What women find attractive varies from person to person. Sure you might find a common answer or two between every women about what is and isn't attractive, but to assume that all ingredients will work for all women isn't going to be true. And surveys are usually targetted towards select groups anyway, aren't they?

I can guarantee you got that girl to sleep with you because of charisma, charm or humour. This isn't taking into consideration those factors, this is saying to guys how to look attractive before even talking to a girl which will open them up to a bigger target audience and give them more chances of finding a potential mate.

How is that going to help the guy like MR20 or Brianruns well they have to make a statement to the girl first that they are of better value physically than others guys whether it's by pumping iron in the gym, wearing smart clothes, having a fashionable haircut or even taking care of their skin which would be the first step.

Having self esteem and carrying yourself well is going to attract women. Taking care of yourself is part of that, but putting the emphasis on fashion, beauty, and trends is going to attract a shallow pool, imho. It seems to scream high maintenance.
