What are the best places to meet women? School is not an option anymore, and I am looking for a job :) But in the meantime, I wish I knew where.

Anywhere where lots of people go. If you're after a younger age range say 18-21 probably college/university or the mall and nightclubs. Not where I'd recommend picking them up but thats where they go.

find a coffee shop or any customer service job that not busy with customer, and talk to the female workers there.
and become a regular, and before you know it you may have a new friend.

don't worry, if you walk into a comic store, Im sure you get alot of attetion from guys there.
and if geeky guys aren't your type, go to a men's only club and you find a guy there.

Bars (my stepbrother wants to drag me along with his friends to one), autism conferences, or by chance.

An airport.

An art gallery because you could talk about (pretend to be interested) whatever they are looking at, and it might be quiet.

A casino, if you are old enough.

Anywhere that isn't the internet.
Go outside, people are everywhere (or so I'm told).

Coffee shops. Especially, coffee shops that are inside of a bookstore or one of those odd little one-off hole-in-the-wall type coffee shops. They seem to attract people who are into eccentric. Autism is either an eccentricity, or it is often mistaken for one – take your pick. If I sit in a coffee shop reading a book or my iPad, there is a fairly high probability some woman will eventually ask me what I'm reading.

Practice doing well in music, dance, theatre or any performative arts, so the women can watch you shine.

And you will find the women will come to you instead.

Of course you have to work at it. It is not automatic.

Stop looking, especially if it's stressful, and go do something you enjoy. Then while you're out doing something you enjoy, you might just meet someone who also enjoys the same thing. Win-win.
