Do women like it when men french kiss on the first date?

Part of me believes women like when a guy is aggressive and gives a french kiss instead of a regular kiss on the first date.

Part of me feels women would be disgusted by it.

Depends. Do they just want a quick kiss, or do they want to make out? You should never do the french kiss thing unless you're already making out madly.

I'm pretty sure most women would be pretty disgusted by it. The general rule is absolutely no tongue on the first date or two!

"French-kissing" = the only definition of kiss where I'm from. "Non-french" is a different word.

I'm not the spokesperson for women, there is no monolithic "women". And I don't know the person you want to kiss so I can't answer what she likes or doesn't. But if you would feel "agressive" doing so, that is because you think she doesn't want it, and then please don't.

I wasn't aware of such a rule. I have done it and gotten a second date. like most so-called rules, this is not actually a rule. It entirely depends on the situation. If you're making out and might even have sex on the first date, then it's highly likely that it wouldn't be a problem.

If french-kissing is the first time of kissing you attempt, well, that's just stupid. just use common sense.

I personally wouldn't like that. I can get into all that stuff after I know him better. I would also think he thinks I'm easy if he tried to go for that or I would think he wants sex. Some girls have sex the first date, but they would be very obvious if they wanted that.

For a guy I've only just met, hell no. But then, I probably wouldn't want to kiss him at all on the first date (need to get that level of emotional connection first), and most NTs would probably feel differently. If people sleep together on the first date, french kissing's probably no biggie...

For a guy I've known and liked for a while, I'd have no problem with it. He'd need to work up to it, though - straight out of the gate would freak me out!

I suppose if guys like seeing two girls kissing that women might like seeing men french kiss on the first date.. but what I can't for the life of me figure out is why you'd take a girl out on a first date to go gay-gazing ?? Whatever happened to stars, or taking in a movie?

I would simply find out, what the woman right in front of you likes, and do that. There is no use to do something that other women likes, when the woman in front of you dont like it.

I tend to save french kissing for date 2. One closed mouth kiss at most on a 1st date if it's going really well.

You don't want to get sexually aggressive just because you feel your date "might" like that. I don't think there's any rules set in stone for or against, but that's one area where if you blow it, you're going to blow it stupendously and irrevocably. Nothing wrong with taking your time.

No harm in trying as long as she doesn't bite your tongue off. But that's a risk at any point.
