Coping with long-distance longing
Hi Yall,
what works best with managing feelings of 'longing' to be with someone whom you can't be around (at least at present)?
I'm in the situation of having feelings for someone living long distance from me, who doesn't mind how I feel but only wants to be friends.
I really want this friendship to work and I don't want my emotional desire to get in the way of this (or make more awkwardness than it should).

If someone finds out, I'd be thankful too!
I guess it'd help if you saw them more often and even sometimes cuddled if they want to too. But as you're from NZ I think "distance" means something different than at my place... still, I think this is the only way to soothe your longing. I know it'd help me but... umh, how often do you see each other?
