Are you

A. the type of person who needs to be physically attracted to someone first to develop romantic interest in them?

B. the type of person who finds people more physically attractive the more you like them, and less physically attractive the less you like them?

C. Something else?

I am a B.

mix of both A & B, sometimes it's one, sometimes it's the other, so i guess that makes me C?

This, but usually a bit more A than B, then B can happen sometimes in addition.

B. When I was younger it was briefly anti-B, where if someone looked angelic I'd think that they were. I was quickly disabused of that notion, though.

A little bit of both, but I would say I am more of a B. At first I couldn´t think of falling in love with someone that didn´t meet very specific physical standards. But I´ve realized I can.
I think you automatically start feeling more attracted to people you get along with.

Definitely B. The more time I spend with someone, the more attracted I am to them.

A and B. The older I get the more 'B' I become.

B all the way. I've been in situations where I felt very little physical attraction initially but then watched it develop........

B, and I've seen concrete cases of that happening to me.

Usually B. But there have been a couple of cases of "something else". I have had very strong, almost instantaneous dislikes of a couple of guys that I ended up, um, "seeing".

I decided at age 13 that there were lots of nice, average-looking guys around who wouldn't mind a little attention and since I'm not exactly a supermodel myself, why waste time longing after hunks.

B.

I can think of plenty of physically good looking people that I just don't find attractive.

Mostly B, at least the 1st part. I don't know that I think they are less PHYSICALY attractive if they aren't nice, just less attractive overall. And I am more attrated to people as I grow closer to them, regardless of their physical attractiveness.
