How to find out if a guy likes u without being obvious?

Well there is this guy I recently got to know but I'm always making the effort with him for example starting the conversation he either is really shy or doesn't fancy me

He has really bad eye contact, laugh at my jokes.Could he b nervous around girls because I don't think he has a girlfriend.

When I do talk to him he does answer me but he might b just REALLY shy when it comes to girls.My friend said to me let him do the chasing for now and wait and see.

I only know him since March and he is kinda cute but I don't love him but I would like to get to know him more but he is making it so hard.I am ready to give up on him!

You will never know for certain unless he tells you. Asking other for their opinions lessens the accuracy of the reply.

Ask him. It's the only way to find out.

Ask his friends if he likes you or ask one of your friends to ask him or one of his friends.

If he's shy, he sounds just like me. If he's like me, he probably won't chase you, even if he really likes you. There is no way to find out if he likes you without being obvious. You need to talk to him about it. Ask him out or something.

Or ask a friend of a friend to friend his friends and in a friendly way ask those friendly friends if any of their friends know if he wants to be your friend.

Oh, for pity's sake - ASK HIM, ALREADY!

Why don’t you want to be “obvious”?

The reason I say without being obvious is cause I don't want to look desperate cos I am not and I just don't want things to b awkward.Like I said I think he is cute but wit how things r going I don't think I will fancy him for long.He is just hard work! I think he might b better as a friend

If he's that cute, then you'd better approach him before someone else does!
