Favorite ways of meeting potential love interests

Hi guys, I find myself going crazy about wanting to find that someone special. I have often not slept trying to think ways for me to meet potential love interests and while I'm doing alright, there's always room for improvement.

I wanted to start this thread so we can share the ways that we are trying to meet people (If at all) and hopefully learn new ways that we'll be comfortable with. So I'll start.

I'm not working at the moment which is a big hamper, instead I'm doing a little volunteering on the side. I've met one girl who seems quite nice but shes been busy recently so I haven't had a chance to ask her out. I would highly recommend volunteering as a way to meet nice people not just potential love interests. On top of that I'm looking into attending a local aspie meet up, it's a few hours where everyone's the same and you can join in as much or as little as you like. It sounds like a comfortable way of meeting people like myself and I might even be able to make some friends that I get along with for a change.
