It seems females online will make a "wear tight jeans" comment. It's obviously a fetish but... What about it is so satisfying? Is it the way tight jeans show the butt, or what? Or maybe it's because something on the front becomes more noticeable... I hope not.

I poked around on the internet about skinny jeans. Skinny jeans on guys are far from being universally liked.

I think the thing that makes skinny jeans a bad idea for many guys is that they put emphasis on a guy's hips which... doesn't make that much sense. A relaxed fit is a lot baggier on the lower leg so it doesn't come with an effect of making a guy's hips look wide.

I also dunno about the bulge remark. The jeans I wear aren't that tight but my bulge is still there.

A man with a nice body, will look awsome in a pair of jeans that are really tight from waist to thigh/knee, and then bootcut on the bottom. In my opinion. Tight jeans will make the butt (and the bulge) quite noticible, and that is not a bad thing.
However, the skinny jeans fashion, the ones that looks like leggings, look ridiculous on everyone, male or female. In my opinion.
The biggest mistakes men do when wearing tight jeans is that they have the crotch-area of the jeans around the knee-area of their body. Not a nice look. I don't understand why showing off their undies would be appealing. But I can say the same for women and low-riding jeans. I don't get the showing off the undies.

As far as the fashion goes, in general it's about knowing your own body, and wearing things that are flattering to it. I prefer comfy over fashion any day.

I don't like skinny jeans on anyone. They just look so uncomfortable that looking at them is too. :eew:

There is an important distinction right now between slim fit and skinny.

Slim fit skims just over the body but are straight between thighs and calves and straight below the calves. The lycra improves how they move when you bend.

Skinny are skin tight all the way down (basically leggings with jeans detail and heavier fabric). The lycra (or knit fabric) is required to get this fit.

There is much more that goes into how jeans fit and a lot depends on your build. In particular, some jeans are designed to have a more rounded butt, some are flat, some have a crotch halfway to the knees some have it at the perineum, some have the butt shaped as two some have mono-butt. Some have a yoke which just draws the eye, some it's for shapeing, etc.

How those jeans then fit then depends also on what you wear under them. Woven boxers prevent mono-butt, but require a longer crotch and looser fit or they will bunch up and pinch. Boxer briefs or trunks give a smooth line and allow a higher crotch but may force stereo-butt jeans to being mono-butt, which can lead to odd bunching. Briefs have the same advantages and disadvantages as trunks, but may show an underwear line diagonally across the butt. Thongs (underwear, not novelty type) allow stereo-butt like boxers do, but also allow a higher crotch, will never bunch, never show an underwear line, and are cooler in hot weather; they may allow pants bunching just above the L4 vertebra with some mono-butt pants. Jockstraps have the same characteristics as thongs except that they almost always show a diagonal underwear line.

I have decently defined legs and buttocks and my wife and I both prefer my pants to be slim straight legs with a rounded stereo-butt with low rise and crotch at barely below the perineum.

I like them on chicks, (if you have shapely chick-legs) but if my husband puts on some skinny jeans then I immediately walk off. That man's body needs bootcut! Lol. I have some guy friends who can pull off the look, but honestly I don't find them attractive at all.

I mean I actually look better in slimmer fit pants and clothing. Wearing baggier stuff just looks absolutely ridiculous on me.

If I wear tighter pants though, I never sag them in any way because it looks ridiculous that way. I mean it makes no sense to wear slimmer jeans and then sag them as if they are baggy.

But I do like it when a woman wears low-rise and you can see their underwear. It is attractive to me.

Honestly, I am into punk fashion and it is common to see punks in skinny super-tight pants where they are tight all the way down the leg. This is the style but I think they should be a little looser at the bottom instead of completing tapering in. The problem at least for me is that I think that skin-tight pants are very uncomfortable to wear. They have to have a little give in order for me to wear for long periods. The tighter stuff I would wear if I was going out to a show or something.

Also, tighter clothing is actually a fetish to me. I mean I go a step further and wear alternative clothing materials that are tight like vinyl or latex. Some people think that a guy should not wear these types of materials as they are more equated to women. Plus many people are extremely judgmental maybe because they are conservative. I am definitely not conservative when it comes to fashion. I mean sometimes I mix it up. My general clothing style is jeans and a band t-shirt. Other times I like to dress up and honestly I end up looking completely different.
