I'm 18 and have Asperger's syndrome and I just can't seem to find the right girl. I live in Newcastle, England and I've tried to start a relationship with many girls and they all just don't like me or who I am I'm kind, friendly and approachable, I even know how to maintain a relationship the problem I have is I can't just seem to find that righ person with similar interests and personality. They all just reject me. Now I'm suffering from the though that I'm 18 nearly 19 and I've never had a girlfriend it's depressing. Another thing to note I don't look for 'models' I look for people who I think have a nice personality but it just doesn't seem to be.
Is there any advice to be given from people who have had similar problems or just know more about dating than me. The advice that will be useful most would be who should I look for but any advice will be appreciated
Thanks

Dale

Looks have a lot to do with it. Women want a guy who is prideful about his looks.

Do you keep your haircut, and go to the gym? Do you dress fashionable?

The next thing is personality, MOST women like confident guys. When you are talking to them smile, don't play with your hands or put your hands in your pocket, and maintain eye contact.

Those are just a couple simple tips on meeting women. Keeping the relationship together is a whole different ball game.

Welcome to WP. Don't worry. You shouldn't be thinking about girls right now anyway. I don't worry about boys. I worry about education. That's more important right now.

So just don't worry about the problem. Run away from it. It will fix itself. Greaat advice (insert sarcasm here)

I'm 32 with Asperger's and I get rejected by every woman I meet...still haven't even had a first date.
