That's why I only have 1 friend irl. It's hard to be liked when you're different from everyone else.

I don't like interacting with people either and I feel that they see that (on my face) . nonetheless it gets lonely sometimes.

Also I do compliment but It never feels genuine, its just so odd .because it usually leads to a convo which can get pretty wide or random and drift right off my script.
Then I give them the What! Face or the ever present wondering eye.

as long as one special person likes me, then i'm all set. I guess that is the deal for a lot of us, to find that one special person. the only thing I could suggest, is to just treat others as you yourself would like to be treated. honor the golden rule, IOW.
