Anyways, what does everybody think are no-gos with dating profile pics? What things should you avoid having in your pictures?
Hopefully this won't turn into a thread about the merits of shirtless pics for dudes

Well...the girl with the banana would get a message then again they've probably got hundreds from people thinking the same thing. lol

@leafplant there's no rule against shirtless pic discussion. Rant away as far as they go I think if you have the body for it it's going to win votes.

Hmm, no goes with pics I'd say are bathroom mirror pics.

Turn-offs:
Pics with their kids/family
Pics with their exes cut out
Pics with sunglasses
Pics in their dirty messy rooms.

I can list some of the objects I don't like to see in their pics but that's just my preference so I'm not gonna mention them.

I've never actually worn one, but I'd imagine that they are. Like floss for your bum.

Some looked odd (like the picture that had the dressed up gal, and then the person wearing baggy clothes and jersey- I am not sure if that was the same person or different people), but some just looked like they were pictures with their unique interests (like the goat- maybe he raises them, perhaps a prize winning goat), (the guy with the sword- into costuming, probably gamer and may like anime/manga or comics).

The "Sexy Office Secretary" look on the kitchen counter was odd in that I am sure there are better places to pose.

I know that my SO (whom I met at OKcupid) had pics of him in cosplay and of his leather costuming (which he makes). It made him unique and let me know that we were in a similar demographic of interests.
