Being skinny fat means that you're skinny, but have a high bodyfat percentage.
Kurgan never of those two have high body fat.
The female has an attractive body IMO. But everyone judges every else differently.
Plus I didn't give you permission to use my pic.
I think it's important to distinguish between the different types.
Skinny- people who genetically should be skinny that work out and are still skinny.
Skinny-fat-- people who genetically are skinny, but don't work out and are fat around the waist area. I started school yesterday and one of my teachers I noticed fit this description. He had narrow shoulders, had a skinny build, yet was wider in the waist. Means he doesn't work out a ton.
dude on the left is skinny-fat. That girl you posted I would consider skinny....
You can be in neither of these, which I am imo. People who work out a little bit but not obsessively.
Fat-skinny-- I would say I'm almost in this category. People who you can tell have wide shoulders, maybe even use to be fat and are now skinny. I would say a majority of athletes are in this category, especially football players. It's for guys who obviously take care of themselves as far as weight goes.
Fat-- Obviously, people who have big genes that don't work out.
It's just my opinion, so feel free to call me out, but that's how I see it.
