I think the 16 thing is partially for safety and law since it's the Age of Consent in a lot of states.

If I can find a NT woman I can relate to, then fine, I'd love to be with her. But honestly I don't relate well to many NT women.

Maybe try going to a youth-oriented group or activity that shares your basic world view/morals/principles/outlook/whatever, then look for the girls on the fringes.
