I was talking to my dad about dating and he said to me "compared to men women have it easier in the early attraction stages"

In what ways do women have it easier in the early stages?

Women, in general, don't have the pressure to ask a man out. Yet, they also have to wait for a guy to ask them out. Women who flirt (have beauty) can land a man more easier though. Men in general need to have status more than beauty, and men who are tall can get a woman much easier.

I think that's about it. Women can also be more selective with their men too.
