I'm starting to wonder if some evil females keep their profiles going simply so if they're having a bad day they can see how many guys are trying to flirt with them.

While at the same time complaining about how many messages they get each day?

Have you actually know women to do what you've described?

Well, I'm glad you asked. In reference solely to the part I said (as I know nothing of the part that you said), no I don't personally know any and I'm rather sceptical of it being an issue at all. On WP though I have seen some females complain about getting lots of harrassing messages. I'm not sure if they are referring to themselves though, or also going off what they have heard from "elsewhere".

Some guys really are moronic enough to try to pick up on girls by being vulgar.

I prefer to ask them who their favorite Doctor is (and yes I only ask this of doctor who fans).

i also wonder how many men go on there to see how many b*****s they can pull, and/or see how many sluts they can lure into bed.

point being, it's not gender exclusive, everyone treats okcupid as a hub for self-esteem boosts and hook-ups.

but even those who don't just assume everyone else does and is out to get them, I mean, you did create this topic.

i don't doubt that some people have genuine intentions with the site, i don't doubt people can get married from using that site. it's just more often than not, it doesn't happen.

Ok ;)

I thought though that OkC was the least "hook-up-ish" of the free dating sites. I guess that's not necessarily saying much.
