So I met with my recruiter in June of '14, and and I'm thinking about forming a relationship with this woman who is retired US Army after I graduate OSUT. How can I start having to know her, dating her, and eventually falling in love when our disability makes it difficult for us to have social relationships, making friends and falling in love ? I want someone that I can spend the rest of my life with but I don't know if I have the necessary skills needed to form a relationship with her. :D

Try it. You wont find out until you try. And do you even know how she feels about having a relationship with you?

Well, as you just mentioned, people can't know whether or not they can unless they try. Well, she's divorced, really kind, caring and nice. But that doesn't necessarily mean that she's willing to have a relationship with someone. It might be her personality, but it doesn't indicate her intentions but it doesn't hurt to try forming a relationship with her.
Well, I wouldn't know how to have a woman like me, get to know her, and I wouldn't know how to start a relationship because I haven't spoken with or contacted her about this and I don't possess the essential
skills that I'll need to get to know her and form a relationship with her.
That's why I'm here, requesting advice.
